Is Crafton's product design work recognised or awarded?
Yes. Kantar Millward Brown has ranked us the number one UX agency seven years in a row, we have been named Agency of the Year twice, and our work picks up international recognition from Awwwards and Clutch. The point is not the trophies; it is that the same research-led process behind that recognition is the one we run on your product.
How do you meet Qatar's government design, accessibility and security standards?
We design to Qatar's National e-Accessibility Policy and WCAG as standard, and to the MCIT Government Website and e-Services Framework for government experience. Delivery is built to satisfy NCSA security expectations and Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Law (Law No. 13 of 2016), so the teams who have to sign off can do so without surprises.
Does product design really increase conversion and business value?
It is one of the few investments that touches revenue directly. Better research, sharper flows and a tested interface mean more users finish what they came to do, whether opening an account, booking a service or completing a government transaction. We design for completion and conversion from the first wireframe, and validate it with real users before you commit budget to the build.
What kind of clients do you design for?
Mid-size companies, enterprises, government and semi-government organisations across the GCC. We are trusted with the kind of work that cannot afford to go wrong: high-traffic platforms, regulated products and services that thousands of people use every day.
How do you work with clients in Qatar?
With a bilingual team that runs research and design in Arabic and English, working remotely with your stakeholders and on-site for the sessions that matter: discovery, workshops, testing and sign-off. We bring a decade of GCC enterprise delivery to the table from day one.
Is your research and design genuinely built for Arabic and Qatar's audience?
Arabic is in the process from the first wireframe, not bolted on at the end. We run bilingual research, design RTL-native layouts and treat Arabic and English as equals throughout. Qatar's population is one of the world's most internationally diverse, so we design for clarity across that mix rather than translating a single default at the end.
Can you work design-to-development, or only design?
Both. We hand over developer-ready specs and assets, or carry the design straight into front-end engineering with the same team, so nothing is lost in translation. Because designers and engineers sit together, what we design is what can actually be built, and it ships as intended.
How does Crafton bring AI into product design?
We design and ship AI features into web and mobile products, and we run our own AI product that plugs into models like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT and Grok, so AI lands in your product on the model and infrastructure your compliance and data-residency rules (PDPPL) allow, rather than forcing one provider.
